It is the intent of the University of Kansas that the Edwards Campus facilities be used primarily to extend the educational programs and services central to the mission of the University. KU/KU Medical Center academic departments with a grant funded program or event will be offered a 50% discounted rate for room rental and are expected to pay regular rates on all other services. Verification of the specific grant must be submitted in writing to the Facilities Marketing Manager before your reservation can be confirmed. Invoices will be sent to your department immediately following the event and are to be paid upon receipt. These fees are used to offset the operational costs of the campus and to assist in the payback of bonds for the campus buildings.
