It is the intent of the University of Kansas that the Edwards Campus facilities be used primarily to extend the educational programs and services central to the mission of the University. Academic Departments with current degree programs and credit classes (tuition bearing) from the University of Kansas (Lawrence/Edwards) may use, at no charge, facilities and AV equipment for classes, meetings, and workshops which are directly related to the educational mission of the Edwards Campus. After-hours fees will be charged plus additional fees for coffee service and copy machine usage. A student organization that is an approved club or organization recognized by KU is welcome to use the facilities as well. Any fees incurred will be billed and sent to your department immediately following the event and are to be paid upon receipt.
