It is the intent of the University of Kansas that the Edwards Campus facilities be used primarily to extend the educational programs and services central to the mission of the University. KU Medical Center academic departments, other Kansas Regents Schools, and State of Kansas Departments may reserve rooms with no room rental charges. Fees will be charged for AV equipment, technical support, and computer labs. After-hours fees will be charged plus additional fees for coffee service and copy machine usage. Invoices will be sent to your department immediately following the event and are to be paid upon receipt. All fees are used to offset the operational costs of the campus and to assist in the payback of bonds for the campus buildings.
