Scholarships and Grants
The KU Edwards Campus provides various scholarships specifically for KU Edwards undergraduates and graduate students. To maximize the financial assistance, students will not be awarded multiple Edward Campus scholarships in the same academic year.KU Edwards Tuition Grant
The Edwards Campus offers the KU Edwards Campus Tuition Grant (KUECTG) based on need. Students should apply for these grants by submitting the FAFSA.
KU Edwards Campus Scholarship
Supported by KU Edwards Campus staff, alumni and friends, this fund is available to Edwards Campus degree seeking undergraduate and graduate students. It is non-renewable. Preference will be given to students with financial need. Completion of the FAFSA is required.
Barton P. Cohen Undergraduate Scholarship
This undergraduate scholarship is for students who have taken courses at Johnson County Community College (JCCC) and plan to transfer to the KU Edwards Campus to complete their bachelor's degree in an Edwards Campus undergraduate program. The scholarship can be applied toward the cost of tuition, fees and/or books. Requirements include completion of at least 24 hours at JCCC, a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 and enrollment in a minimum of six hours at KU Edwards Campus. Preference is given to students who were Cohen Scholars while attending JCCC.
"Start2Finish" Undergraduate Scholarship
The Start2Finish scholarship is for students enrolled in Edwards Campus undergraduate programs who have transferred from/taken course work at Johnson County Community College. The scholarship can be applied toward the cost of tuition, fees and/or books. Requirements include a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 and enrollment in a minimum of six hours at KU Edwards Campus.
Johnson County Education & Research Triangle Grant
This grant is for students who are enrolled in and admitted to an undergraduate or graduate program at the Edwards Campus that was funded by the Johnson County Education and Research Triangle (Triangle) tax. The grant can be applied toward the cost of tuition, fees and/or books. Requirements include residence in Johnson County, enrollment in a Triangle funded program at the Edwards Campus, a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5 and enrollment in a minimum of six hours at KU Edwards. Preference will be given to students with financial need. Completion of the FAFSA is required.
Programs eligible for the Triangle grant:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT)
- Master of Engineering in Project Management (M.E.)
- Master of Engineering in Project Management (M.S.)
