Services for Edwards Campus Students

We are here to provide support and assistance to help you meet your academic goals. Our partnerships with student services departments allow us to offer you convenient and accessible services. We partner with a variety of departments on the Lawrence campus to provide special events, programs and alternate appointment options such as Skype and online consultations.

Academic Achievement and Access Center

The Academic Achievement and Access Center links students at any level to a variety of academic support services. It also coordinates services for students with disabilities. Edwards Campus student services staff will assist with the accommodations process.

Business Career Services Center

The Business Career Services Center assists all School of Business students in their pursuit of career-relevant internships and full-time positions. They host a variety of events specifically for Edwards Campus students.

Career Services

The University Career Center (UCC) offers a wide range of services designed to support and challenge students at all points on the career development and implementation continuum.

Engineering Career Center

The Engineering Career Center provides engineering and computing students information and resources to help navigate employement opportunities and advancement. They host activites at the Edwards Campus each semester as well as individual appointments by phone or Skype.

Financial Aid and Scholarship Assistance

There are many options to assist you in paying for your education. Learn more about grants, scholarships and loans.

Fitness Center

Edwards Campus students have access to the Kirmayer Fitness Center at the KU Medical Center and the Student Recreation Fitness Center on the Lawrence campus. Membership rates vary.

KU Bookstore

The KU Bookstore provides one-stop shopping. Purchase textbooks, official KU merchandise and much more at our location inside Jayhawk Central located on the Edwards Campus.

KU Card

To obtain your student identification card, visit the Regents Center front desk once you have enrolled. You need a KU card to print in computer labs and to access library services.

Library Services

The on-site full-service library at the Edwards Campus has many resources and services to assist you.

Office of Diversity & Equity

The Office of Diversity & Equity coordinates, communicates and clarifies KU's commitment to diversity in its faculty, staff, students and academic programs. It oversees departments such as the Emily Taylor Center for Women and Gender Equity, the Office of Multicultural Affairs and the Office of Institutional Opportunity & Access.

Student Health Services and Student Health Insurance

Watkins Memorial Health Center on the Lawrence campus and Student Health at KU Medical Center are available to Edwards Campus students for an additional fee. Student health insurance options are available at Student Health. Carefully research the student health insurance program if you do not plan to utilize either the health center in Lawrence or the Medical Center. The plan is best designed for using health services at these locations.

Student Money Management Services (SMMS)

SMMS is committed to improving KU students' financial situations by empowering them to analyze their finances, make sound decisions, and commit to controlling their financial lives while at KU and into the future. It provides useful links and videos as well as confidential individualized education by student representatives. Skype appointments are available for Edwards Campus students.

University Registrar

Your source for information about enrollment, course schedules, university calendar and other important services you will need as a KU student.

Writing Center

The Writing Center is here to help you brainstorm, draft and revise your writing projects including course papers, field projects, theses and dissertations. Writing consultants are available at the Edwards Campus.
