Because no paging system exists at the Edwards Campus, messages for instructors should be kept to a minimum. If you ask your students to call the Edwards Campus to report absence prior to class, please have them do so no later than 30 minutes before the start of class. The front desk will have someone post a note on your door regarding the absence. Once your class begins, it will be interrupted only for an emergency. Please encourage students to send you email or voice mail messages.
