Social Work (MSW)
The Masters degree of Social Work program at the KU Edwards Campus prepares graduates for clinical social work practice or client-centered and community-centered administrative practice. The generalist foundation level classes are required before making the decision about your advanced level concentration.
All MSW classes are offered both in Lawrence and at the KU Edwards Campus. Students may attend full-time, beginning at 8:30 am, or part-time with afternoon and evening classes on the KU Edwards Campus. All requirements must be completed within four years. US News 2007 ranks KU's School of Social Welfare No. 8 among public universities in the United States.
