AV Request Form

AV requests for your classroom should be made at least one day in advance. For more information on available equipment see our page on classroom technology - Request AV now!

Blackboard is KU's online course management system. If you would like to have this set up for your class, contact Diana Marrs at (913) 897-8428 or dmarrs@ku.edu. For more information about the uses of blackboard or for putting any part of your course online, include streaming lectures, visit Instructional Development.

Classroom tech training

Computer Labs

Computer labs can be reserved for instructional purposes. Special software and the licensing must be provided by your department. To reserve a lab, use the AV request form above.

If you would like to put your course online or partially online, the KU Edwards instructional development staff will provide consultation, development assistance, tools and copyright assistance.

Software Requests

Video Conferencing Options

The KU Edwards Campus offers compressed video, satellite downlink, and polycom video conferencing (over IP).
