Our lab assistants are here to provide technical assistance for students and faculty.

• Answer general questions about getting started, saving, and printing

• Assist faculty in operating classroom equipment

• Assist students in the use of scanners and other lab equipment

• Assist students with the internet and downloading information from the Web

• Replenish printing supplies and clear paper jams

• Set up classroom equipment prior to the start of your class

• Offer tutoring or instruction on software programs

• Explain homework assignments

• Make modifications to computers, printers, network or do repairs on the spot. They will make their best effort to replace faulty equipment in a speedy manner, and to report technical problems as they arise to the IT staff.
