Printing services

The Pay for Print system has been implemented at the Edwards Campus to bring our services inline with those offered on the Lawrence campus. You are charged 8 cents per sheet printed on the library or computer lab printers. You receive $8 free on your account for the fall and spring semesters and $4 for the summer term. After the money for free printing is used up, you can add to your Enroll & Pay account to pay for further printing. If all the money for free printing is not used by the end of the term, the value is taken off your account.

Recording your class

Your instructor must email ecrequestfrm@ku.edu  giving permission to record. We can not record a class without the instructor's written permission. You will be notified if you need to provide tapes.

Save your document - check out a disk on key

This device is used to copy large files (up to 32 mg) from one computer to another. A "disk on key" can be checked out at the library desk, and like any library material, must be returned on the due date. You can also purchase your own disk at the bookstore located in Jayhawk Central.

Software support and training

You are responsible for your own training in the software tools used for your projects. The Edwards Campus often offers software-training courses through KU Libraries Instructional Services. For a list of course offerings and times, visit www.lib.ku.edu/instruction/external link.
