Marc Richardson

Mr. Richardson is Assistant General Counsel with Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc, a licensed P.E. and Member of the Missouri Bar. His engineering management and legal experience have focused on legal aspects of the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction process, Contract Negotiations and Administration, Claims and Litigation Management, Project Management, and Project Controls. Marc earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri, a MBA from Rockhurst University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City (UMKC). Prior to serving as a lecturer at The University of Kansas, Marc's teaching experience included full time positions at University of Central Missouri, as well as serving part time adjunct and lecturer appointments with Indiana State University, University of Missouri Kansas City, and Rockhurst University.
