Higher Education Administration, Doctor of Education (Ed.D)

Higher education administration program faculty at KU

The faculty members and instructors within the Department of Educational Leadership & Policy Studies are dedicated to providing robust learning opportunities related to higher education administration. You will learn from academic professionals known nationally for their research on important topics in post-secondary education: college access and retention, diversity, inclusion and social justice, multi-cultural education, women administrators, historical perspectives of higher education, community colleges, curricular issues and more.

Prior to their time at KU, our program faculty and instructors taught or held administrative positions at: Ohio State University, DePaul University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Illinois – Chicago, University of Akron, Purdue University, Claremont Graduate School, Juniata College, The Pennsylvania State University and other universities nationwide. Our higher education administration program faculty also partners with current higher education professionals in the region to ensure that your doctoral student experience is both interdisciplinary in nature and grounded in practical experience.
