Admissions
Admission Requirements
The following materials are required to be considered for admissions:
- A completed online application form
- Official transcripts with bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Three letters of recommendation
- Personal statement addressing interest in public health and career goals
- Resume/CV
Applicants must meet the general requirements for admission to the Office of Graduate Studies. The minimum requirements for admission into the graduate program are:
- Cumulative undergraduate GPA pf 3.0+ is required for regular admission status. An applicant with an undergraduate GPA below 3.0 may be admitted by petition, provided they meet academic standards without excessive deficiencies in prerequisites.
- C average (or higher) in College Algebra.
- International applicants must submit an evaluation of their undergraduate transcript including a course-by-course breakdown with a calculated GPA.
- International applicants must submit a TOEFL or IELTS
- A minimum of one-year experience in a public health or healthcare setting is preferred.
