Biography

 

Herbert Tuttle is a Professor of the Practice Emeritus and a current Lecturer in the Engineering and Project Management programs at the University of Kansas. Herb previously was an Assistant Dean and Director for the Engineering and Project Management department. Herb began instructing at KU in 1993. Herb has nearly 20 years of professional experience as an engineer, production manager, engineering manager, project manager and director for three Fortune 500 companies. Herb was also employed as a management consultant. Herb has managed large and small projects in the US, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, China and Turkey. He holds two undergraduate and three graduate degrees in areas of technology, engineering and business. Herb has instructed project management to many high tech organizations and the US military as well as locally and internationally. He has published a number of articles, contributed to a number of books and speaks on Achieving Results in Project Management.
