KU Edwards Campus

Information for Alumni & Donors

KU Jayhawk

KU Endowment Association
KU Endowment is the official foundation for raising and managing private funds on behalf of KU. Their motto is “To create a greater university than the state alone can build.” The support that donors provide helps make KU a world-class institution. State financing covers only about 24 percent of KU’s total operating expenses. Therefore, private gifts play a major role in virtually all activities of the university.

KU Alumni Association
The KU Alumni network is 314,500 strong, with nearly 85,000 just in the greater Kansas City area. Successful alumni include authors, a Nobel-prize winner, cancer-curing scientists, NASA astronauts, actors and more. The list goes on and on. Association membership helps you find friendly faces in your field with access to professional development resources and networking, social opportunities and more.
