Dr. Karina Addari is a global professional with 21 years of experience in managing projects and directed operations in international logistics, manufacturing, supply chain management, and hospitality; delivering performance through improvements in user productivity and technology solutions.

Karina is a servant leader skilled at leading culturally diverse teams to enhance performance, improve quality and reduce costs. Professional who leads with authenticity, empowers and influence cross-functional and culturally diverse teams to do more and achieve more by embracing operational excellence.


Ravi Baburajan is an adjunct faculty in the Department of Project Management at Edwards Campus. He is employed as Senior Technology Professional at CenturyLink, Kansas City and has over 25 years of experience in Design, Development and Implementation of I.T projects. Ravi is an alumnus of University of Kansas and has double Masters in Engineering Management and Business Administration. He is a certified Project Management Professional and Scrum Master, and volunteers at local chapter of Project Management Institute and enjoys interacting with other professionals. 


John Bricklemyer has more than 31 years of progressive experience in a variety of industrial settings. His experiences include positions in general management, operations management, engineering management, purchasing, product engineering, and project management. He has worked for a Fortune 500 company as well as a small privately-held company and has managed mid-sized departments, multiple-location operations, and small entrepreneurial subsidiaries. He holds a master's degree in international management from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), a master's degree in industrial engineering (engineering management option) from Rochester Institute of Technology, and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. John has taught at KU in Engineering Management since 2009 and in Project Management since the program was started in 2013. John is currently Assistant Director for Project Management Programs and also teaches a number of courses in both Project Management and Engineering Management.


Dale Crandell is an Associate Professor at KU’s School of Engineering, Graduate Project Management Program with 20 plus years’ professional experience in project, construction, and facility management in the telecommunication, financial, and public works industries. He has a Doctor of Engineering from George Washington University, MS Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology, MS Management from Baker University, and BS Architectural Engineering from University of Kansas; and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), and Six-Sigma Green Belt certifications.


Jennifer Keleher-Price coordinates admissions, enrollment, and advising for the Master of Engineering and Master of Science in Project Management. She manages prospective student inquiries and applications, and counsels on graduate school policies and procedures. She coordinates orientation for new students, and is the primary contact for all academic questions and concerns for current and prospective students of Project Management.

Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from Portland State University and went on to Kansas State to receive a Master of Science in Academic Advising. Jennifer has extensive advising experience working with Adult Learners and non-traditional students. She is an active member of NACADA and KAAN national and state level advising associations.


James Lourentzos has more than 40 years' experience as a professional leader, manager, mentor, & instructor. Certified program/project manager with applied actions from Masters in Business Administration, Computer Resources and Project Management. Twenty years’ experience in telecommunications programs/projects and business practices with Sprint. Guided project teams in revising multi-year strategic initiatives and objectives as baselines. Successfully managed multi-million-dollar project budgets. Experienced instructor for executive and mid-level managers in graduate-level decision making and problem-solving in management, operations and logistics planning for large international organizations. Experience in curriculum development and instruction.


Heather McCain is currently a Professor of the Practice for Project Management at the University of Kansas. She has more than 25 years of experience in quality engineering and management.  She works with companies to implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and provides training on quality, project management, and process improvement. Prior to joining KU, she was the Quality Manager for Consumer Product at Garmin International. Prior to joining Garmin, Heather was with Hallmark Cards and AlliedSignal (now Honeywell) Aerospace and Automotive. Heather is a Senior member of American Society for Quality (ASQ) and is extremely active in her local ASQ section. She is also involved with the Joint Engineering Council of Kansas City as the past president. Heather is a Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence. She has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University and a MS in Engineering Management from The University of Kansas. She is pursuing her PhD in Technology Management from Indiana State University.


Linda Miller has taught at the University of Kansas since 1989 in both the Engineering School and the Journalism School.  Her professional experience includes positions as marketing director, sales manager and general manager in consumer, industrial and professional services marketing. She has worked for two Fortune 500 companies and as a consultant for various other firms, including engineering firms. She also served as a member of the Board of Directors of a publicly traded corporation.

Miller received a B.A. degree in Business Administration from University of Nebraska and an M.B.A from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.


Lee C. Stuart joined the University of Kansas after three previous careers - as a Pulitzer Prize-winning newspaper journalist, a senior leader of new business development initiatives with Hallmark Cards, and 12 years as president of a management consulting firm. At KU, he is the Leadership Programs Manager in Professional and Continuing Education.Lee has experience in adult learning, disruptive innovation,organizational effectiveness, strategic business planning, and executive coaching. He possesses an unusual blend of creative and business thinking wrapped in years of experience as a writer, speaker, corporate executive, and as a consultant/coach to an array of organizations.He holds a bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University in mass communications, a Master’s degree from the University of Kansas in journalism, and a Doctorate in Business Administration/Leadership Studies from Capella University.


Greg Towsley is currently the Managing Owner of a small contract manufacturer, Sunflower Electrical Systems, LLC (SES), that provides cost reduction solutions with cable harnesses and other electro-mechanical equipment.  Prior to SES, he spent more than 13 years with Grundfos Pumps Corporation and 14 years with JCI Industries, Inc. and many different capacities.  He is an Advisory Board member for the Mechanical Engineering Department and the Engineering Management Department at the University of Kansas.  Greg has had various industry related certifications over his career, worked on numerous technical committees for industry associations, and was involved with negotiating recent energy conservation standards with the Department of Energy.  He recently received his Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Purdue University. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Kansas.


Herbert Tuttle is an Assistant Dean of Engineering, the Director of the Engineering and Project Management department and is a Professor of the Practice at the University of Kansas. Herb began instructing at KU in 1993. Herb has nearly 20 years of professional experience as an engineer, production manager, engineering manager, project manager and director for three Fortune 500 companies. Herb was also employed as a management consultant. Herb has managed large and small projects in the US, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, China and Turkey. He holds two undergraduate and three graduate degrees in areas of technology, engineering and business. Herb has instructed project management to many high tech organizations and the US military as well as locally and internationally. He has published a number of articles, contributed to a number of books and speaks on Achieving Results in Project Management.
