Meeting Spaces
The University of Kansas Edwards Campus offers a conference center, meeting rooms, conference rooms, a computer training facility and other educational event space for your seminar and training needs.
Accommodations for four to 400
The meeting spaces at KU Edwards include a variety of tiered and flat classrooms, auditorium and banquet space, numerous conference and training room options, each in a quiet, comfortable university setting with state-of-the-art equipment and wireless technology available. Facilities include the KU Regents Center, Regnier Hall and the new BEST Building, all of which are available for rent at affordable costs. Located in Overland Park, Kansas, the Edwards Campus is easily accessed from area hotels, downtown Kansas City and Kansas City International Airport.

Conferences - BEST Conference Center (seats 220 to 400)
- Rates - 4 hour minimum - $550 (additional hours - $145/hr.)
- Seating Capacity - 400 theater style, 240 banquet style and 220 classroom style
- Presentation Technology - Touch panel control from podium for: two screens, computer, laptop connections, projector, Internet, video conferencing, DVD
- Sound Equipment - Lectern mic, lapel mics and wireless handheld mics
- Wireless Access - for attendees - $50 per day
- Conference phone - $30 per day
- Caterers Kitchen - $100 for the day
- Portable staging
- Conference center can be divided in half by sound insulated portable wall to host two separate events.
- 4 hour minimum for ½ the conference center - $400
- Additional hours - $145
- Seating theater style - 190, 115 banquet style and 100 classroom style

- Rates - 4 hr. minimum - $465 (additional hours - $145/hr)

- No food or drink allowed
- Presentation Technology - Two screens, computer, laptop connections, projector, Internet, video conferencing, lapel and handheld wireless microphones, DVD, Podium with microphone, and wireless access

Education and Training - Tiered Classrooms (seats 42 to 100)
Our tiered classrooms come in two different layouts. A case method tiered classroom is "U" shaped and allows for better interaction. A traditional tiered classroom has more open space at the front of the room to allow for panel discussions, etc. All tiered classrooms have built-in seating.
