One Day One KU. This annual day of giving is powered by our community coming together to make a difference.

This year, KU is hosting its eighth annual One Day One KU 24-hour giving campaign that will start at noon on Feb. 20, and end at noon on Feb. 21. With donations starting at $5, everyone can get involved to support some great causes. Last year, through small and large donations, we were able to provide micro-grants and scholarships to students who need them most.
How your donations help
The KU Edwards Campus delivers a world-class KU education to the Kansas City metro area and beyond, helping adult learners start, change, or advance their career through high-demand degree and certificate programs.
Our students are working hard to complete their degrees. Most have full- or part-time jobs. Many are juggling family responsibilities. We want to help remove barriers that can become an obstacle to their success. We also want to provide funding that enables faculty to continue to develop professionally and enhance their academic programs.
“One Day One KU is a special day when we come together with our alumni and friends from across the globe to support this great university,” said Stuart Day, vice provost of the KU Edwards Campus and dean of the KU School of Professional Studies. “At the Edwards Campus, we are raising funds that directly support those in our community — students, faculty, and staff — in whatever needs arise.”
With your gift this year, more students will be able to pursue the next step in their educational journeys, advance their careers, and boost the local workforce and economy.
One Day One KU. Everyone counts and each gift is important. You make a difference.
