Leadership Opportunities on Campus

As a student at KU Edwards, your leadership development is important to us. We believe in helping you grow as a leader in the areas of teamwork, innovation, and advocacy. With many unique clubs to choose from, there is sure to be an option to fit your personal and professional goals.

February - Black History Month

As we recognize Black History month, we also acknowledge the history of Black people is American history. Throughout the year we should recognize the contributions of people of color and communities that have been traditionally marginalized in our country. Check your emails between February 15th and February 28th for additional learning moments that encourage support, awareness, and advocacy surrounding topics of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Tunnel of Oppression

  • Date/Time: March 22 – 26 by appointment / RSVP
  • Description: The Tunnel of Oppression is a 20-minute tour that engages participants in an immersive experience of scenes depicting different forms of oppression. The Spring 2021 Tunnel will be a 20-minute virtual interactive video experience, where students navigate and observe different types of oppressions with a 5-minute debrief with a facilitator to ensure that the experience has appropriate closure and reflection. This total experience should last no longer than 25 minutes.
