Ashley Herda

Ashley A. Herda, Ph.D., is an assistant professor and is currently the Director of the Exercise and Human Performance Laboratory and the Metabolic and Body Composition Laboratory. Dr. Herda completed her doctoral work in exercise physiology at the University of Oklahoma.
