He holds an M.S. in Computer Science with a focus on Big Data Analytics and a B.S. in Computer Science specializing in Software Engineering from the University of Missouri—Kansas City.

Currently working at Reggora, Bill leverages data science to optimize software engineering processes. His professional journey includes designing data science infrastructure, automating vehicle inspections using machine learning, and developing tools to analyze and reduce customer concerns in real time. His expertise spans healthcare, technology, and logistics, consistently improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.

His experience in the US Army Reserve as a Signal Systems Support Specialist honed his skills in managing complex communication systems and training personnel in information security.
