Ian Fannin-Hughes, PSM

Ian Fannin-Hughes is a project manager with the Johnson County Stormwater Management Program, and specializes in water resource management, planning, and monitoring. Ian has a spent most of his career in public service, working for agencies like the City of Overland Park, Kansas Department of Health and Environment, as well as the U.S. Geological Survey, and U.S. Department of Agriculture. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas Professional Science Master in environmental assessment program and received his undergraduate degrees in geography, conservation biology, and environmental science from Kansas State University. Fannin-Hughes serves in several capacities with local nonprofits and organizations including Heartland Conservation Alliance, Mid America Regional Council, Kansas River Watershed Advisory Committee, KU Environmental Industry Board, and the Overland Park Legacy of Greenery Committee.
