Dr. John Fleeger, Ph.D.

John Fleeger has served as professor of biological sciences at Louisiana State University where he is currently emeritus professor. His research has focused on environmental effects on invertebrates, most recently exploring the resiliency of wetland communities following the 2010 Gulf of Mexico oil spill. He holds a Ph.D. in biology from the University of South Carolina.
