John Kumar

John Kumar, lecturer in the Bachelor of Science in Information Technology program, has over 20 years of experience working with software and database systems, audio-visual technology, telecommunications and computer networking. From this experience, he has gained significant insight into the usability, design and implementation of software applications and technologies to varying industries including higher education, litigation support, call centers and warehouses/distribution centers.

Kumar teaches courses on human-computer interaction and social and professional issues. He has an engineering master’s in project management from the University of Kansas.
