Lauren Drucker

Lauren Drucker joined KU as a lecturer in the Department of Project Management at the Edwards Campus in 2021

She received her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University in 2011 and earned her Master of Engineering in Project Management from the University of Kansas in 2017. With over 10 years of experience, she has focused most of her career in the software industry and enjoys staying up to date on emerging technology and software trends.

Lauren is currently a Program Manager for Paramount+. Certified as a scaled agile practitioner, she enjoys analyzing and improving design and software development processes and training colleagues in agile project management. Lauren previously managed global consumer electronics and software projects at Garmin in their Fitness segment and had the opportunity to work with various clients as an SAP Consultant for Deloitte.
