Biography —
Michelle Riley earned her B.S. in biological sciences from the University of Missouri, her M.H.S. in Human Nutrition from the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, and her Ph.D. in Medical Nutrition Sciences from the University of Kansas Medical Center. Michelle is also a registered dietitian, completing her dietetic internship at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
Michelle has professional experience working in nutrition education and corporate wellness, as well as over 10 years’ experience teaching in higher education. Her research interests include food and nutrition literacy in young adults. She enjoys traveling and trying new foods in her free time.
