Biography

Todd Phillips has over 20 years of experience in the environmental field. He is currently employed as an environmental toxicologist with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 7. He currently serves as a water quality standards coordinator. During his tenure with the EPA, he has served various roles, including as an ecological risk assessor in the Office of Pesticide Programs in Washington, D.C., and as a human health risk assessor providing risk assessment support to the Superfund and RCRA programs in Region 7. Phillips earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Butler University, his master’s in fisheries biology, and his doctorate in toxicology and fisheries biology, both from Iowa State University.
